A graduate from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, Rinat is a veteran of the hospitality industry. As a senior corporate executive with Royal Caribbean International for over 10 years, she clocked more than 1,500 days at sea. The former Head of the Strategic Improvements Group, Rinat identified and implemented new products and services to improve the guest experience and was an integral member of the Newbuild team, involved in the design, construction and takeout of 5 cruise ships, including the Oasis and Allure of the Seas. A consummate traveler with over 50 countries visited, she views this as still having 140+ destinations to explore!
Joern is originally from Germany and graduated with a Masters in Industrial Engineering from TU Berkely and an MBA from UC Berkeley. With a global career footprint as a consultant and operations executive, he has worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Porsche Consulting, the consulting branch of the sportscar manufacturer Porsche, where he specialized in Lean Management methodology. Joern also has several years of experience in the cruise industry, as the executive Project Manager with Royal Caribbean International. His claim to fame? He has a 5 inch pile of printed boarding passes in his desk, and he knows pretty much every airport code by heart.
Jan hails from the midst of Germany. With a degree in computer science from TU Darmstadt, he worked for several years as a consultant and project manager and started his first company developing software for Lufthansa. He continued leading IT development projects for European tourism companies with VIISON, including back end services and front end design for LuxAir, before joining ShoreFox. Jan is fluent in more than a dozen languages, although besides German and English most of these are for crunching data and designing comfortable user experiences.
A serial entrepreneur, Eitan is the founder of the Boston based video game company Fire Hose Games, and the co-founder of the Indie Megabooth. Eitan has released video games on multiple platforms in partnership with Sony and Google and is a well known speaker in the gaming community. He is an MIT alumnus (EECS bachelor's '05, master's '08) and is active in the MIT and Cambridge start up communities. Eitan is an avid scuba diver, hiker, and snowboarder, and is excited for Shore Fox to expand into ski lift tickets.
Aryeh Kaplan is an attorney with Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, with degrees from Cornell University and Washington University in St. Louis. Aryeh practices law in Miami where he focuses primarily on complex civil litigation and tort matters. Prior to joining Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, Aryeh worked as an Assistant State Attorney with the Office of the State Attorney for the 11th Judicial Circuit in Miami, Florida. In his free time, Aryeh is an avid scuba diver.
With more than 20 years of travel industry expertise in both leisure and corporate travel distribution, Eric has a strong track record of applying innovative marketing and technology strategies to help travel professionals work more effectively and efficiently. Prior to becoming CEO of ABC Global Services, Eric was an SVP at Thomas Cook North America, where he managed their Leisure Distribution business. Eric has also held senior-level positions with American Express in its Supplier Relations Group and as Vice President of its U.S. Consulting Services business, focusing on strategic planning, innovative marketing strategies, M&As, and building industry relationships. He has twice been named a rising industry star by Travel Agent magazine.
